School Review and Training

Drawing on years of experience in benchmarking and developing quality in schools, the Alphacrucis team are available to help our partner schools achieve their respective missions.

Often Christian schools exist within a close network of relationships, for example, competing school units or church Boards etc., which may benefit from an “outsider” point of view. For example:

• Appointments of new Principal and/or senior staff e.g. in an advisory or interview panel role, offering experienced school leaders and templates and proformas to be tailored for a range of school types
• Senior executive performance reviews where conflict of interest may be a problem
• Middle management staff conflict where senior leadership wish to distance themselves, or receive objective feedback, or offer an external advocate or “coach” through an issue
• Through the issues arising from school change 
• Routine quality improvement reviews, to provide strategic information for school principals  and boards

Alphacrucis provides both open and confidential strategic and assessment services, and confidential counselling/pastoral care services as objective support or whole school change management processes over a sustained season. Unless Christian schools maintain their Core Business as providers of quality teaching and learning then all other activities are undermined.
